Barry Clare - Chairman
Barry has extensive experience in strategy development and a proven track record in the healthcare industry. After 10 years with Procter & Gamble, Barry created Boots Healthcare International, ensuring the business became the fastest growing OTC company in Europe.
After BHI was sold to Reckitt Benckiser for £1.93 billion, Barry delivered major international brand successes including Nurofen, Strepsils and Clearasil. Following his role at BHI, he joined the Group Main Board at Boots.
Barry is a partner of Clarat, a specialist firm formed to participate in transactions in the healthcare, beauty, personal care and well-being sectors.
Jonathan Engler - CEO
Jonathan is anexperienced entrepreneur in IT / biomedical sectors with legal qualification and practical experience. Prior to joining Vantage, he co-founder and grew ClinPhone to be a global provider of clinical research IT services to Pharma companies worldwide. At the time of its sale the employed over 400 people in 7 locations with revenues exceeding USD 50m. Jonathan is alos as qualified as a GP and Barrister.
Adiel Benayahu - Director of R&D
Adiel is the principal architect of the company’s product and solution portfolio.
With over 10 years of experience in information technology management and business development, Adiel has held key positions in several high technology and healthcare related companies.
David Ezra - Director of Business Development
David is responsible for driving Vantage’s sales and business development. He brings to his role strong analytical leadership and strategic insight.
Prior to co-founding Vantage, David was Director of Sales at Labworx, a global provider of clinical laboratory services.
Leon Angel - Director of Finance
Leon is a chartered accountant with strong experience in business development, corporate finance and raising finance. A partner of London based accountancy firm Hazlems Fenton, Leon is also the Chairman of leading Sport's Agency, Base Soccer.
Tony Angel - Non Executive Director
Tony is a recognised business leader and Chief Executive with 11 years experience of creating and leading world class international professional and financial services organisations.
After becoming the youngest ever appointee to Linklaters management committee, Tony was elected Firmwide Managing Partner in 1998. During his nine year tenure, he led the transformation of Linklaters from a leading English law firm based in the City of London into one of the world’s leading global law firms.
In 2007, Tony became Executive Managing Director and head of EMEA at Standard & Poor’s and in 2011 he was apponted Co-Cheirman of DLA Piper
